Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the sensitive nature of fragrances, our return and exchange policy is strictly regulated.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return or exchange a product within 3 days of receiving it ONLY if:

• The wrong item was delivered to you.
• The item arrived damaged or broken.
• The product is completely sealed, unopened, and unused.

Non-Returnable Items

Once a perfume box is unsealed or the perfume has been sprayed, it CANNOT be returned or exchanged under any circumstances for hygiene and authenticity reasons.
